Refund Policy

Client Cancellation/Withdrawal/Refund Policy

2Fathers Driver Training Limited Services has a strict Postponement and Cancellation Policy. A cancellation notice or request for postponement must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. If a customer wishes to postpone or cancel their attendance at a training course, they must provide at least 5 working days’ notice before the course date.

  • If notice of cancellation is given at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled course start, a full refund will be issued, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • If notice is given less than 5 working days but more than 72 working hours (3 working days) before the course date, 50% of the total course fee will be refundable.
  • Any postponements or cancellations made with less than 72 working hours’ notice (including non-appearance or non-completion) will result in full course fees being charged.

We are happy to substitute course attendees, provided they meet the course criteria.

2Fathers Driver Training Limited Course Cancellation/Abandonment

All practical training may be subject to cancellation or abandonment due to unsafe or illegal conditions. If possible, the 2Fathers Driver Training Limited instructor will make any related decisions in consultation with the designated client representative. This could occur due to trainer availability (sickness, bereavement, etc.), venue availability, or low course attendance. 2Fathers Driver Training Limited will strive to deliver the course whenever possible, with cancellation being a last resort. While we aim to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, in some cases, notice may be as little as 24 hours. We will arrange an alternative time and date for attendance, and if you are unable to attend, we ask that all course materials are returned in original condition to receive a full refund of your course payments.
